 According to me all women are beautiful, believe me you all are god gifted. But you need to take care of the gifted in order to look more beautiful than other. What do you think about yourself? ... Are you not satisfied with your skin appearance or do you think you look older than you are ? All these just because of suffering too much stress and off-course lack of knowledge to taking care of yourself. OK ! don't worry you are in right place now. Here are the some special tips you need to follow regularly.

Face Washing 
As per recommendation you should wash your face twice or thrice on daily basis with a suitable cleanser according to your skin type. Some experts recommend Aloe-vera for this purpose. Remember don’t cleanse too much often and never use hot or too cold water for your face, it caused broken capillaries.


Moisturizing
Moisturizing is very important to protect for every type of skin, you should moisturize twice or thrice on daily basis. In winter season I recommend massage your body thrice per day with moisturizer, as your skin become fast dry in winter due to cold weather. 


Exfoliation
Exfoliation is a good technique to remove the dead skin and reform new skin. You can use this technique for the both facials and body treatment. Remember exfoliating is the perfect way to remove your dead skin. Ok! you may worry about how to do it. From the near market you can get the exfoliate products, you have to know about your skin type, you have to choose the product according to your skin type and follow the product catalog  








Protecting Skin from Sunlight Rays
There are many bad sunlight rays that affect your skin, mostly your face skin. Even it may cause to be look ager than you are due to wrinkles formed by sunlight rays. So you should use sunscreen cream or lotion from your early age. Use sunscreen even in winter or cloudy days.


Humidifier
Hey! Are you lost your skin smoothness, don’t worry humidifier will help to regain your skin smoothness.
  

Drink Water Properly
As you are a adult you need to drink water at least 3 ltr daily to maintain good health and overall cleansing also to keep skin hydrated.


 Get enough sleep
If You are sleep deprived your skin will look sallow, dull, tired and saggy. A well-disciplined routine and at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night are important for good skin.




Healthy Diet
Your diet also affects the skin, especially the vitamins that you consume. You should eat vitamin-rich food items such as oats, avocado, other fruits and vegetables. Concentrate on vitamins A and E in proper amounts. Stay away from oily, greasy food as it can lead to the onset of pimples


Exercise Regularly
If you don’t exercise you are not caring yourself. So this is very important to keep light exercising on daily basis. Exercising makes you sweat a lot and in the process your skin cleans itself. It also helps you excrete waste and take in fresh oxygen. It will be better if you take the instruction from an expert.
